A beautiful landscape...it looks very much like a watercolor painting with that big white fluffy cloud. As always, thank you for the interesting information and link...it is quite amazing that the big white chalk cliffs are on both sides of the channel so that at one point they were most likely one large piece ...joined. :-) Lovely photo and wonderful POV!! :-) (((Hugs)))

I love that view (surprise..;o). I was beginning to wonder if you only saw cows out there ;-)). I can even see the village of Wissant on the right. Did you see the white cliffs of Dover? On a clear day, you can even see the buildings on the other side (England)... Agreed, the weather can get quite rough and windy... I hope you had a fine and restful time. Wonderful capture, Michel... those clouds are a fine addition.

Tr belle photo. Tu l'as compos un peut la "creanum", c'est dire en rejetant le sol en bas de l'image et en laissant une orme place au ciel. Ca donne une orme impression d'espace. La masse nuageuse acroche bien l'oeil, et le sol est assez colorpour qu'ensuite l'oeil s'attarde aussi sur lui. Bref, la composition est originale et excellente ! Le reste n'est pas mal non plus.
