Quite imaginative. My first thought was she's in trouble as I did not see "the girl" at first. Excellent image - it makes you look at the whole piece!

These characters don't seem to have any relation to one another. Clearly, this is a simple piece meant to show these people during a party but none of them is even recognizing the existance of the others. The poses seem to be simple stock-poses as well - greatly lacking in imagination, and demonstrates a very weak composition. Also, the straight-on camera shot leaves nothing dramatic about this work. Suggestions for Improving: Try looking at Abercrombie and Fitch print adds to see simply, suggestive interaction among groups of people. Plenty of posing in these adds, and though its all unnatural poses the work is undeniably well related. Expression matters. Do try to keep those eyes focused on something or someone. Be aware of your theme at all time when choosing lighting. Holloween lights should be full of contrasting shadows and very few lights.
