Description

Photography made by Giancarlo in the 81' in Emilia - Italy with his manual Canon F1. No postwork, only framed with Photoshop 7. The original was a slide. Some of you known the second passion of Giancarlo after the photography.... it was to go fishing ! And he has always has a great respect for the fishermen, the small ones, who made difficult lives but Free ones.... This photograph of an old fisherman on his bicycle has something very touching, as if it was the end of something... Where did this man go ? I too share the same passions as Giancarlo....fishing and photography. So, for me this is a very special photo! As danob said...timeless quality...but also touching, full of meaning and rememberances of a simpler, quieter life. Thank you for posting this!
