Description

Created in UF, with a touch of sharpening in Photoshop. Thanks for your comments on "These Days". Here's another one continuing my current obsession with texture-free, monochromatic fractals. I hope you like it.

I really like this one. It doesn't need any color.

Very nice, Simon! People keep telling me to put texture on stuff, but I really love the clean sparkly look of pure fractals. As for color, use whatever the image needs, but I still like simple :)

Another great image. It'd make a wonderful roof for a sun room or conservatory. Regards, Rich

The title is a good fit. BTW, thanks for your comment on my FTC images. I'm rethinking them a little now

This is a fantastic work!!! I like the colours and the strongly geometric and regular texture patterns. Composition and lights are also very good.

I agree with most of the above comments; texture can be glass or smooth- in my opinion, there is texture here. A remarkable image- a dynamic play of lines and angles, creating a visually interesting grid and flow. And.. It's as if the spirals are formed and reflected in an ordered and conversely chaotic fashion that is very appealing. Beautiful chrome color and finish, and the black outline punctuates perfectly.

This is great Simon. The mono-chromatic palette really suits the shapes well! :D

Seems these spirals have bunched these metalic sheets from all around. Beautiful work, Simon.

Puts me in mind of the pyramid in front of the Louvre (which I will confess that I have only seen in pictures). Perhaps we can find a code even better than Da Vinci's in here. It is a splendid fractal!

A wonderful fractal. The lines make this design perfect. I'm not much for textures, so this appeals to me.

Brilliant work - I love the gridelines and the way the spirals nestle. This is a fantastic example from the school of monochrome.

IIt's interesting with fractals that as they spiral in, they create texture all by themselves :) This is gorgeous. The colors are cool and slick.

Very creative. I like the way the image is broken up. It is like looking through glass. There's just a hint of smokey blue. This image has so much detail that it doesn't need colour or texture to make it interesting. Nice one.
