Well, I've never been to the States but I've read much about those fabulous Mountain men, or the later tribulations of some of the waggon trains and settlers going westward. The Rockies loomed large in their tribulations. The sky and those clouds are here fabulous, of course, and you've captured the mixture of sand and rock. My imagination, though, will always demand the mountains be larger and truly formidable. So much for me. For you, it should be a proud capture of a fine memory. Do you have any more panoramic scenes from your trip?

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORGEOUS mountains!!! Love the sky as well! Really is a beautiful landscape-shot. I will be a bit picky however and say that i find the frame to be somewhat distracting. I think i would have prefered a simple white frame around it. But hey...thats just my opinion. #:o) Have a great weekend!
