Description

Rick (aka Rykk) has been telling me for a long time that I should be posting some of my photographs. Especially since I just got a Nikon D80 (thank you, Rick!). I'm just learning how to use it. Anyway, here goes! Have you ever seen a close-up of a dragonfly face? This little guy sat on this branch and posed while I took some pictures of him. He even let me get close enough to get this shot! It was taken at night.

Hey .. he's got five o'clock shadow! Someone tell him needs to shave, that would improve his looks, don't ya think? This is one fabulous macro! The clarity is not to be believed .. except there it is, so you gotta believe it! WOW!!

Yup...actually ive seen plenty of closeups of dragonfly-heads. And this one is really awesome. And taken at night you say? Even more impressive!!!! Congrats on the D80....i heard its an amazing camera. #:o)
