When darkness fades I can be strong In the rising And soft caress Of the Flamingo Dawn. Another in our 'Spirit of the Wild' series, created in Photoshop CS from an original flamingo photo, painting techniques, and a background from New Realmz by the Slinger. Hope you enjoy. CC

Beautiful flamingoes ... my daughter, on first seeing a flamingo [she was only 3 years old] asked, "Why is that heron blushing. Is it 'barrassed?" I gave her the scientific answer of course, but privately preferred her poetic interpretation. Your remarkably fine level of craft and artistic interpretation never fails to amaze - and delight.
