Only thing I can critisize is the curved flooring. It looks like it's just a texture repeated over, but I think you may have to make different textures or try modelling the whole thing.

Excellent render ... i like it so much but i think if u tried to add 3d trees it would be a little more realistic ... anyway awesome work ...

Very nice, i think the wood texture is fine, you get repeats like that on wooden flooring. Trees, yeah, if they weren't see through, it woud be fine, u could use a mask map in photoshop to prevent the trunks being see through. overall, very nice image. excellent lighting.
