Zacko: The lens that I use for most of the wildlife shots that I've posted is the Canon EF 400mm L 5.6. It's a fantastic lens as are all of Canon's L series lenses. What I wish I had was the EF 400mm L 2.8, but at close to $7000.00 (ouch!)it is way out of my price range :P

This shows the adorable puppy like eyes these little critters can smooth you over with...forcing us to give them nuts and fruits, letting them climb our trees and make holes in our roofs and mess around in our walls...Gosh they are soooooooooooooo cute! Perfect shot again!
