Ahem....and when did you become unfamiliar with Poser? This is one trippy image; absolutely love it. When I first looked at that snake and its pose, I couldn't help but thing "Kaa, from the Jungle Book". So-o-o-o-o cool! I won't mention the lighting...everybody mentions your lighting...and of course, they're right.
