I'm just a girl with a Nikon D90, who loves taking pictures of just about anything and everything. Postworking my images is 'my thing' .. The main programs I use are: Photoshop CS 5, Corel painter 12. I am currently laid off and seeking employment. I have been in the technical support field for the last 12 years and have really enjoyed the work. Not sure what I want to do now. I think it depends on what is out there and what is available. Competition is tough, there are so many out of work these days.
Anyway! I have been a member at Renderosity since 2004.Â
If you've read this far, I want to thank you for your interest. :) ShariLyn

That is so cool. It actually looks like a composite of some kind. I actually went out today and got me some birdfeeders...i thought id try to photograph a few "talgoxar" myself. #:o) Beautiful shot Shari...but i do wonder how it look in in color. #:o)

Excellent use of motion blur! Some people see it as a sign of sloppy photography (screw them), I see it as a perfect way to demonstrate action and make the picture come alive. You are awesome, keep up the good work!

I really like how you desaturated the color out and used these sepia tones. I'm sure it would look great in color, but I think you made the best choice posting it the way you did. I really enjoy watching the birds in my back yard also.
