Description

First I created the design on the computer, then I printed and stuck it to the pumpkin. Next I used a pin to poke a tiny dotted outline around all the lines (note: poke deep so you can see them when you take the paper away) Then I carved out the letters with the cheap pumpkin carving set available at most Walmart or Target stores. Tip: wet the paper and stick it to the pumpkin with some hairspray, then wait for it to dry so the paper holds up to your poking. Scrape away a lot of meat so the pumpkin skin you're going to carve into is fairly thin. It makes carving easier and the shapes more distinct.
