I like the clean look to this, imo an evident light source would work better.Seeing the lights without any case, bulbs etc bothers me lol.Cool modeling ,ps try soft shadows on this for a smoother look also?Bye cal

Thanks Calum, I tried many light sources. Shadows always bothered me. The 'lamp' on the table appears to be the light source, but you've seen through this. Softness was not the aim; harsh cold and stark is the mood. Thanks for commenting.

I'd love to know if you made all this in Bryce or used a modelling program? Nice work, I'd love to see it textured.

Lots of Cubes and Tubes. All bryce, nothing else. Texture... I tried several, lighting was an issue, nothing looked just right. I left it plain and flat.

Thanks wawadave, I experimented with light intensities, shoft shadow and many other settings but within another scene. One I'd half started a while ago. When my 24 hours is up I'll upload it. I took Calum's suggestion of actually having a bulb or other visible light source too. Later I'll go back and see what can be done with the white room scene. I see now that there are a few shadows which reduce the effect of the columns and the shadow under the table is too dark. Things always appear more clear after a rest. Dion... [o]
