This Is The Last Pic I Am Handing In thanx to everyone :) i know it's nothing to do with you people, but my galleries & work is being stolen & abused. this problem has been going on for months now.i got a pm off a daz member >>> Regardless of what kind of tools you use to make an image (crayons, watercolor, photoshop, Poser/DAZ Studio), the image is YOURS. If you still have the original image and the file you used to make it (the scene), you can take it to any copyright lawyer and sue the people who sold your work without permission. In the future, don't put your stuff out on the internet without a small signature on it. Use the following format: Copyright(C)2006 yourname. This is what is legally called "implied copyright". I wait till I have at least 25 images, then register them (costs me $25 a pop), THEN I put them on the internet... and I've sued three people for selling my images and parts of them without my permission. Also - if you have a link to the jerk who ripped your work off, could you share it? I want to make sure they aren't ripping off anyone I know. that is not stopping them today i got this >> http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/4dbefefb57.jpg they are even joining other websites in my user name. no matter what anyone says this time - i give up i'm so upset i can't stop crying - this is not a sympothy plee , just i have had so much fum with daz & now all my efforts are gone - i had 3 on-line galleries - rendersotiy, poserpros & 3dcommune, psoerpros gallery has already been deleted by me & that was painful. wot has happened to me i will never get over - i hate the internet
