Gorgeous; I love it. The sepia-tone is a good choice for this view.

Great tree, and nice composition. I liked how you showed very little sky, which probably would have been a big dull blah under these lighting conditions anyway. If you asked for critical comments, I can make one... I know you want to attract attention to the tree roots, and the white reflection sloping up and towards the tree supports this composition, but the left side is conspicuously boring and doesn't add to the picture. Perhaps use more of a square composition to crop it out? Or, set your sights very high to create a balanced rectangular composition. For example, darken the lower left bank so there is more symmetry in the tonality between right and left. You might even darken that lower left side (left bank) and lighten a spot at the far left edge near the top, to create a secondary (or tertiary) highlight to keep the eye moving across the image. Eye drawn to water reflection highlight, then to beautiful tree, then to the bit of sky peeking out near the top, then to the highlight you've created in the upper left, and then down to the darker bank, and back to the water again... a pleasing circle of motion. You can even add a bit more sharpness to the tree and roots to ensure that it remains the total center of attention in the photo. Just a few thoughts for you, and I will think of your restful tree all day long.

reelp has a few good ideas (lighting), but he is over-analyzing a very good pic. I like the sepia tone. Looks like a pic out of the Civil War era.
