Description

This is a really silly piece, inspired by one of the voice actor's favorite quotes during a panel. He was joking when he said (as ed) Colonel Mustang looks dead sexy...in a miniskirt! And so I wanted to create a picture of that. Picture by me, character copyrighted by others, etc...
