This image was started a while back, destined to wither away on my hard drive until now... It was supposed to be so much more, but once again my ambition outpaced my ability to stay on task. photoshop CS using a photo reference for the face. thanks for viewing

"Vivid" is an understatement - yikes! Terrific idea with the disembodied head - which sounds weird, initially - but the face itself and the hair is so well done, that you totally pull it off. You've got some of the best looking postwork around (I'd love to see a before/after image).
