Very cool image, I like the layered look. To send email to other members (if that is what you mean by communicate) there are two ways. The easiest, go to their homepage (by clicking on their name or homepage link in their feedback). Or, if you know their user name click on "site mail" at the top of the screen below the site banner and use that interface. That's where you go to get your messages as well. Although if you have a message you will usually see something to that effect written out under the links there. Hope that helps.
