A wonderful detailed close-up of a majestic bird. I presume this one is a captive bird. As a wildlife shooter I can't imagine getting close enough to get this detailed a shot of a bald eagle in the wild. Great job! John

Hi John, yes it was captive Eagle Heights in Kent, earlier this year in Sitka, Alaska we got to within 20 feet of wild birds which is magic! Thanks to all of you for your comments Dave
