Description

Meet Captain Morgan, my latest pirate render. This is a 'fixed' version of the one I previously uploaded (and deleted). It's really hard for me to get the picture just right. While a render will look very nice on my 21" CRT at home, it looks like crap on my digital Viewsonic flat panel at work. Bold colors at home look washed out at work. I adjusted each the best I can, but the two monitors just never seem to match. Oh well. Enjoy Morgan.

I love the expression on the character, and the pose is excellent. Great DOF with respect to the background image, too. The lighting looks a little "indoorsy" compared to the background, but otherwise, great picture! :)

This looks simply smashing on 17- and 19-inches, and in any case anyone called Morgan can't be all bad. Remind her, please, that the portion of the cutlass she is cradling in her left hand is the part that deals the damage; an unfortunate accident we can all surely live without. Peace, Morgan
