oh yes, very nice and beautiful bird in this one, I like...
Miss Nancy
albino spoonbill?
kjpweb
Using http://www.whatbird.com - I came up with it being a young Spoonbill - but they don't have all variations of birds in their database. It's an interesting looking bird anyway - and a good shot!

Probably a Eurasian Spoonbill (Platalea leucodia). The youngsters, as kjpweb found, have purely white plumage. These birds are quite sparsely distributed around Europe and North Africa. The Netherlands is one of their strongholds. A few hundred years ago, they were familiar in England, too, but I have a notion that exotic species such as "Spoonbill" and "Crane" became too prominent on aristocratic and episcopal menus (although I suspect that they are pretty well inedible), with the result that Cranes and Spoonbills died out in England . This species and the European Crane have been showing signs of re-colonising England in the last few decades, but it's a slow process.

He's the rodney dangerfield of the bird kingdom - just look at that face, he clearly gets no respect. :-)
