Description
This is a capture I made some years ago of General George S. Patton's tank which is on its permanent location at Patton Park in Hamilton Massachusetts, his home town.

Nice capture of a WWII classic. Over 48,000 Shermans were manufactured during WWII and were the backbone of American armor into the Korean War. There are still a few Sherman variants clanking along here and there in active service for smaller countries, but their time is past.
