Very impressive image and thanks for sharing that piece of history. I always smile upon hearing the Earl of Leicester's name. He was send by Elizabeth to Holland with a few ships to help William of Orange against the Spanish. His ships-surgeon met a girl in Holland and stayed behind when the rest sailed back to England. This surgeon was one of my forefathers :-)
