Adding a render to a background is something I'm still learning to do. Anyone with any tips, please pass them on. Thanks for viewing and comments are always appreciated!! The only tip I can give you Pat, is to make sure you have your shadows in poser set. It will render them and it makes placing a render on a background easier. Very dramatic lighting and a very hot image!

Looks like you did pretty good with the shadows. It's the only real issue with doing the image in Poser and doing the rest in postwork. I'll send a note with the general process. :)

Pat, you're not talking about simply importing a background image, are you? Or are you trying to ascertain that everything in the background is to scale? Let me know, please; if you're trying to do what this sounds like, it shouldn't be too horribly difficult to work out. This is really nice, by the way.

You did a wonderful job adding the figure to the background =) She's really stunning and I love the colors! The lighting looks awesome with this particular background too! When I do it, I usually size my background to the required size I need in PS & save it as a new file (as to not over ride the origional), then I import it as a background in Poser. It will render a bit pixelated sometimes. But, when you take your final render from poser into PS, you can select the background with the alpha channel and delete it. Then you can paste the background that you resized & saved into your image as a new layer & move it to the bottom. Seems like a lot of steps, but it works well if you're rendering anything that has transparency to it at all (like 3D hair). Because some of the background is usually left behind, even if just a few pixels, for example, near the tips of the hair. It just seems to work better for me doing it that way when I'm using anything with any transparency. Anyway, I've written a novel. lol. I'm sure there's other ways of doing it, but that's how I do it and I didn't know how you did it, so I thought I'd share =)
