If you want a high-key look then the lighting is right,otherwise it's a bit harsh and you are losing some detail...Duh.You probably knew that already.Ignore me...Anyway,I like her expression and the overall 'mood' you've captured here.

Well you look amazing. And i think the light is just perfect, as is your composition. The only thing i can think of that could be better is your focus. And i know its not easy when youre shooting yourself. I see youre using a point&shoot....so did you switch to manual focus before taking the shot? Place something on the spot where youre gonna stand and then manually focus in on that before you place yourself on that very same spot and you will see that you will get a much crisper photo. #:o) Have a wonderful day!
