Description

Glad to hear there are other fans of the series around here too. (And I want to get that set bogwoppet mentioned in my previous post soon). Bryce 6 Render: Really wanted to go for a realism here. Think it does come close to a movie still. HDRI image from unparent.com Some post to fix the rough edges of the blades, along with some color and blur. I made the original Phantasm Sentinal in Bryce 4 in 2002. Its made of 1 Sphere, 2 Cylinders, 2 cubes, 1 cone, 2 lattices. Thats it. (btw, the model is avail at my site in bryce format) Thanks for looking... -Bruce PS FULL VIEW for best look. PPS, Thanks for the kind comments on my last post!

I must admit, I've never seen the entire movie (or is it movies?), but this thing I do remember from the few mintues I do vaguely remember. All that aside, this looks great!

Really a great render. I have to pick up the original movie and watch it again, it's been too long.

That's really good stuff. It'd be nice to see them remake the series or something, but how could you without Angus Scrimm I don't know. To be honest, I liked the cheesy later sequels better than the original, but the original is a closet sleeper hit for how bad and innovated it was.

Love it! I dont know the series but I guess its some kind of spy machine. Is that motion blur on the background or is it just how it rendered out?

Fabulous scene and modeling! I love the reflections of the room in your sphere, the light is fantastic and so is the DOF. It really looks fantastic and it's quite original! Love it!
