Okay, it's like this, rather than face the music of 6 years of bullying people and hiding behind the President for protection, Mr. Rumsfeld quits the day after the election so that he won't have to respond to questions from the new Houses. Ah well, another politican gets off scot free, given time to write his memoirs and maybe teach at some right wing university. This is the real "Cut and Run".
