Description

And now for something completely different... Lest you think I've suddenly gotten very speedy, I actually started this image many months ago. Unforunately (or forunately) I could never make it work, so I put it away. After finishing my last image, I wanted to work on something different that wouldn't require much work and dredged it back up and for some reason, everything finally fell into place. "Beloved" is one of my favorite songs by VNVNation and the inspiration for this picture. One thing I dislike about these galleries is that I have to limit myself to one Genre, and this one fits at least three or four. [sigh] Oh well. Fantastic! How utterly romantic!! Love the poem/lyrics!! I will have to check out this song & band! I love the concept on multiple levels. The typography is wonderful!! A real showcase piece! And what you described, is exactly what I tried to explain to another artist here, about getting frustrated and putting a piece to the side, and coming back and things work better.
