Ooooh, Zacko, the Master of Mist, is going to go wild over this! This is most captivating and unique, at least to me. Imagine the animals plodding along like that in the middle of a California freeway? Wonderful capture, Ulla!

Ah, I can see how the cows would find these humans be be obstacles -- they are right in their path! Oh... you mean the cows are an obstacle to humans...? LOL Great shot. Reminds me of the part of this little town I grew up in. The fog would roll in so you couldn't see the hood ornament on your car and my older sister and I had to drive home on some pretty small, crushed shell roads after dark. You had to be careful because sometimes you came across the stray cow in the road but mostly it was someone's donkey that shoved through a fence and planted himself in the road. And you know donkeys... they don't listen to reason. :-) Good shot.

Oh PJ, that can happen to you here to...lol especially on the passes through the mountains, mainly cows though and they would not go away until they see it fit...lol... by the way...I took this shot out of my car..and when they came to pass by me one of them nearly ripped of my mirror..lol.. no respect do they have...

City cows went shopping, LOL? A very unusual capture. I live in an area where it is also very common. The fog adds a lot of mystery as to there whereabouts.

The fog makes for a wonderful mood together with these cows in the road!!! This happens often in Africa and also South Africa!! Even horses, cows and other animals next to the highway!! 8;o)

Excellent capture. The cows are on a mission..they have been working hard making milk and now going home to provide us with nutrition. This is a familiar scene near where I live. Cows, wild ponies, sheep, badgers, foxes and many other species roaming on the moors in the mist. Got to be very careful driving. It is a beautiful shot, I love it!
