Description

Marbles were a toy and art at the same time. Nothing like the sound of them rolling on a wood floor on a rainy day. Bryce 6 HDRI and a depth render was used to give it some depth of field with blurring in photoshop. Bryce has always done the most amazing glass effects and now with HDRI it is really the champ -regardless of the long render times. Bryce Mat by himmelstuer from free stuff - makes a great marble texture. I just used photoshop to colorize the texture map different ways. Thanks for looking.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments and humor. I like that HDRI takes care of the lighting part of realism. That just leaves texturing and composition - those two are a lot easier to create from scratch ; )
