Description
This is one I started a few weeks ago and got distracted several times before finishing. The more objects I added, the more I wanted to add and the more other ideas I got that I had to explore before returning.
Made mostly in MegaPov with a little help from Wings3D, Poser & PSP.
The books were modelled in Wings3D and the first few textures were created in PSP. After making 3 or 4 textures, I decided that the computer should be doing the work instead of me, so I wrote a Povray macro to automatically create and position the texture with only the basic colors and the book title as inputs. The walls started as isosurfaces, but with all the glass & media objects and lights, the render time got unbearably long. I switched to height fields to speed up the render, but had to sacrifice the smooth transition between the walls at the corner of the room.
The only post work was contrast and sharpness adjustments and a small touchup on the fog at the girl's feet.
All comments, criticism and advice greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking!

Looks great to me! The fog is great. Wish I could see the master a bit better, but that might just be my poor failing monitor. Great job!
