I think the face and hair look superb. I would lose the stuff on the right and not call it Elektra- it's cooler than that...

Hair is done very well, but best in the picture is the eye. I know it from myself that painting ears and hair is most difficult (at least to me), and you've done both so well, the eye even excellent - a great merit! Great atmosphere - deserves the best rating!
