I did this last week one night
when it getting cold in the desert area
and we did get snow 2 years ago
and it felt that way again
although today was warm and lovely
but that's california for u:

Dear Evie, This is really my favorite way to see winter!! I love the scenice view, but I hate the cold! My most favorite times in the mountains are looking out through a big picture window with a fire going and something warm to drink, (alcoholic of course!!! Brandy is particularly nice!!) This is really pretty - the water really does have that almost ice look it gets right before it freezes. Very excellent work!!! Love, Meredith

Thanks for reminding me why I love Southern California so much Evie! So what was it today? 75 to 85 degrees? I know up in the northern states, they just had quite a bit of snow dropped on them. Very beautiful stuff, untill it gets all slushy and oily and frozen and needs to be shoveled.. Then that's when I really appreciate our (you called it) Smart Snow. Stays up in the easily reached mountains where it belongs..lol. Anyway, wonderful rendering. Your doing fabulous stuff with Bryce. Have a great one and many huge thanks for the Birthday dedi posting. I loved it! Big bear hugs from Dave :^)
