The Dead have awoken, can Bruce save Sara or is it too late?
Well, this was my entry in this year's Halloween contest. Congrats to the winners, some nice art out there!
Please, zoom in for full effect, there are monsters in the distant trees if you look real hard! lol, too subtle I guess.

Does Renderosity have The "wake the Dead" contest every year? If so I hope I know what I'm doing by then. It's frustrating to have an imagination and know how, but don't know the program. I know that there was close to 500 entries the last time I looked. I looked at a few... I saw a really nice picture that showed an angle hovering over a dead body in the morgue... but one of the rule was it couldn't be downloaded on your site - the artist had downloaded it on their site - I hope they won anyway.

Bruce needs to let go of Sara's hand and run like hell. His expression is very well done. I like the subtlety in this, her eyes already changed colour, the way she's looking over at him, the eyes way back in the forest, indicating more monsters than originally noticed, all those little details that you don't see immediately, and then it all comes together in your mind to form the complete image. Wonderful work!

Noticed the girl's got yellow eyes too - maybe that look on her face is sizing up her rescuer as her next 'meal' already ...
