Lovely and very enchanting art image of a magical "Frost Faerie" which makes a much more appealing myth than "Jack Frost". Excellent technical features and fun to view too!

I would say that she's enchanting but, eh! Since you said it yourself, what else can i say? Lemme see... that "poster-like" style is very beautiful, and the strong highlight really add to the feeling... very charm... drats!! You got me again!! O.O!! ;P Lovely work!!
