Description

Was checking out my old fractal spotfiles and images. So I am unsure if I have posted this in the past. Please forgive me if I have. Done in FE. Red tide is in regards to the "red tide" that had been hitting our coastal areas in the past. Thank you for coming in and taking a look. Also thank you so kindly for the comments left under "Time Moves On". I do so appreciate it. Please have a wonderful day!
