I can't know for sure but you seem to have done all the texturing (And what an odd texture!) in Bryce and the giant mass seems to be Bryce volumetrics. I don't kow how much of it is cinema 4D though. I guess the "bryce" impression is for the use of simple meshes and bolean groupings? Well anyhow.. I would call this a mixed gallery work if I had seen it in poser
