Description
Here is another blacklight shot I did just last weekend. If you read the one I loaded up and say I was tried but I had to hang onto a star [Ideals is like stars too many lol] I used mirrors and light sticks too. Going to buy some more of those sticks.
No I did not shot this in the camera but I will do it next time to see the diff from photoshop black and whites

Personally I like the color better. The b&w is perhaps a more interesting abstract in terms of form but the color really grabs your attention.

Top image, hands down. There is just something about a bold, vibrantly colored abstract! You mentioned light sticks; have you ever experimented with the little cat's eye variety? Very small, under 2 inches long. I think they may be available at bait & tackle shops or army/navy surplus stores.

I like the color, definitely. There's not as much definition in the bw, which has to rely mainly on contrast. The color version is first rate.

I guess it depends on your opinion of imprinting. The more formal black and white lends itself to rides with the chauffeur in the limosine and the color is better when looking at the 80 inch plasma with the maid in your lap.

The colour one is awesome Jock, but the B&W one lets you explore the forms and textures without the need to wear sunglasses!! LOL Superb!! One thing, I think I might have put the B&W one at the top for maximum impact when scrolling down. You see B&W first then BAM!!! Full in your face colour!!!

The colors are interesting in there own way but the black and white demands that the viewer give more attention to the forms and placement.Sometimes,I prefer black and white such as in an old Hitchcock film.It wouldn't be as powerful if it was in color.
