Ok, I am seeing another alien here... This one is a grand poobah with a long beard - hair like ambassador Mollari from Babylon 5. He is sitting with his hands folded in front of his stomach. The balls on each side would be his medals and the outside swirls are the arms of his chair... Ok, is it just me???
