Description
This Wheel was to be found at Lydney docks. It was probably used for tying up the barges as they were raised and lowered in the locks. Postwork was quite kindly done by mermaid.

I prefer this one, It reminds me of a few diving trips lookng for treasure when we had to be happy with old remains like this!
