Excellent composition. The beach, dog and girl are fantastic. The mood is great for early morning. The only downside is that the image feels "stunted", like you have everything pushed too close together. You don't get the great sense of space that you do when on the beach. This may be helped by smoothing out the rock outcropping to make it not so jagged, or pushing it back in the scene, and enlarging it so it does feel like a farther off distant hill/mountain. That's just my opinion though. You have a nice touch with this image.
