Description
Thee Blue Grey queen is Mia, Another rescue that I was forced to acquire when I stopped by a pet store to buy food. LOL. Mia is a Russian Blue with the most bright green eyes hat I have ever seen. Her color varies from Silver to charcoal grey to blue grey, depending on the light. She was approxiamtely 4 ears old when we brought hewr home last summer. Another rescue from alongside a freeway. He biggest hangup is that she wont allow humans to touch her with two hands at the same time. Beinging picked up is impossable in her mind. I feel it is so sad that humans abuse such georgious anmals. Its only been 6 months. I hope that in another 6 months she will allow us to hold her. She will sneak up in the nighttime and give mouth kisses and head buts (at least I hope her gentle mouth kisses are from the front end, hehehe....) The other black Queen is Colleen. who has been with us for nearly 14 years. She was strongly attached to Butterscotch and wouldnt come into the house after he died. Since we brought home Mia, Poco and the twins, Colleen is always indoors snuggeled up to one or more of the others. Proof that animals do grieve. You can also see Toby guarding the Queens.
Thank you for visiting. I do hope you are not becoming bored with seeng my sweet companions. More tomarrow.
