BIOI am a Florida native, I grew up in a Mayo, Florida on a tobacco, chicken and watermelon farm. I am 32 and currently enrolled at the University of South Florida, studying to become an Industrial Engineer. My great-great grandfather was one of the first photographers in Florida. I use a Canon 40D and a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ30. I enjoy nature photography and macro photography.

Yes, Monarch for sure...well-worn one. I got a great shot of one yesterday, only because he was on the ground and close to death. I think he just reached the end of his lifespan. Too bad they can't live forever.
