Either this is painted (digitally?) or this is a photographic reproduction of Caravaggio's Medusa. In the first case you're not only a great painter, but also a master forger as all cracks and blemishes are identical. Whatever: you should at least (!) give Caravaggio the honour of having painted the original that, in the best of cases, you copied.
