Description

What a gift to be able to witness these daily miracles, embodied and symbolized in something as mundane as the diurnal cycle. Those last rays of sunlight on the Market Street buildings made their way to my lens from across 93 million miles of space. Captured from the Marin Headlands at f3.5, which makes the highlights bloom a little, but results in less speckle noise than f8. The original image is over 5000 pixels wide, so by all means open the bigger version, and tell me how lousy a job I did on the seam in the middle!

Wow - I drive across the Bay bridge from American Canyon to SFO every night for work. I hardly see anything anymore. Nice picture.

This is absolutely gorgeous!!! But i gotta suggest one thing....to make it smaller. I dont mind scrolling through panos...i think thats part of the experience. But this was a bit much. And your quality would also greatly improved if you scaled it down a little. Just a suggestion. Beautiful work nevertheless. Have a great day. #:o)
