Description

So I came to the conclusion that a large portion of my college education is useless. My school is still teaching people how to model with AutoCAD, which is a huge waste of time, since nobody in the design world (or in their right minds) models with AutoCAD. So if Im to get a job, I figured Id be better off going straight to the top and learning Maya. So, I dropped about $500 on training movies over at Digital Tutors and got a whole bundle of modeling, rigging, and rendering vids. Anyway, Ive gotten onto the 3rd disc of the first Intro to Maya and this is what Ive modelled so far. Id glad to say Im picking it up rather quickly, and I think its going rather well for only a couple of hours of training so far.
