Description

I saw that this weeks challenge over at Heromorph.com was Zealot, so I just tossed this together... ;-) Actually I had her mostly done for a Wildcats pic that I kinda petered out on, so I knuckled down and finished her and a background for my entry.

Superb work and awesome figures, textures and posing job !!! especially the way she grabs that sword from behind her back is a killer job to obtain without creating a distortion in the arm texture...you achieved in something i still fail over and over again...Those extreme poses are so hard to overcome...A fantastic, ace and smashing image and job !!! Awesome !!!

Oh man! You rule! Back in the day when I collected comics Jim Lee was probably my fave. I followed all of his work until the point I couldn't quite afford it anymore (too many hobbies, lol). This is a fantastic representation 3D of Zealot. The only way I can show my proper appreciation for this image is to 5 it, and fave it. You absolutely &*%$#@ %&(!^< rule!

Thanks guys! Funny thing about this one is that all the DOF is "faked" in photoshop! My PC tends to burst into flames if I try to render w/ true DOF, so I just blur them myself in postwork.

I'm glad I stopped over to check out your sight. I just put a picture together and wasn't happy with the background, I uploaded it anyway. Where I look at galleries such as yours, It really teaches me I need to step up my quality. ... I haven't don't anything with motion blurs, I will soon, but this looks really good.
