BIO
Married, 2 kids, mostly happily employed. Found Rendo in the fall of 2004, though at this point I don't remember just how I ended up here anymore. Probably linked off a fantasy art site somewhere perhaps. Lurked and checked out all the cool artwork for a few months before downloading DAZ|Studio and trying my hand at a few images. Had enough fun with that and the luck to have worked a significant amount of overtime at the time to purchase Poser 5 & PSP9 without busting the budget. Do well enough in Poser, though not nearly as well as I'd like. There's just not enough time in the day to do it all. When not working, doing things with family or Posering I love to read Sci-Fi and Fantasy (mostly), play computer games and chat with friends online. I've yet to chat with anybody here. And while I'm on MSN quite frequently it's almost always with the ID that I run in my Harry Potter game. So, that being said, should you wish to converse, I can be reached on MSN at janussparhawkAThotmail.com (replace AT with @) I'd love to get to know you all more. :)

Truly nice work and a fun gaggle of beauties well posed. Something odd here, the shadows seem clipped at the bottom, from the ankle on down. You may want to look into that, now that you have the file available for rerendering. Maybe it would be better to turn shadows off entirely. Try that, it should render faster too.

Yeah that virtual memory is a tricky thing, rendering 3 characters is a sign you got it right though lol. Nice work!

Dear John, I'm so glad the virtual memory stuff worked out for you!!! It can be a real problem for a lot of programs but Poser is really fussy about it. I had so much trouble with it that I eventually added another drive that is only virtual memory. Drives are so cheap that if you have an open slot, you might give that a try! And it'll speed things up, too because you'll have two drives doing "seeks" instead of one. If you go that route, get as fast of drive as possible in both transfer speed (which may be limited by the controller) and the fastest "RPMs" to improve drive latency. My main drive is only a 5400 rpm drive, but the "virtual" drive is a speedy 10,000 rpm! Makes a difference with rendering speed!! That's something else I need to do a mini-tutorial about!!! I love your glamour gals!! Love the poses and lvoe the outfits!! Hmmm - I think the girl in the middle is about one breath away from "disaster" however!! I did notice that she was the one you selected for your thumbnail!! (GUYS!!!!) I've got a story about "insubstantial" bikinis I may one day get enough guts to post!!! (Maybe!!!!) Super job and I'm so glad I could help with your rendering woes!!! Love ya!!! Meredith
