Description
I have tried underwater scenes before, but this is the first one that I'm sort of pleased with. There are probably several things that can be improved, so if anyone has some idea's or tips I'll be glad to read them.
The anemone fish and crab are from www.mitch3dseite.de

Ooh, I forgot to mention that the plants at the back are from www.3dplants.com

Good attempt Rynn. The shadows are too harsh and water to clear. This is caused by the strong lighting you have. Try using various spot light with ver low power close to the object you want to be seen and don't be afraid that the ambient lighting is on the darker side. If you have to use "point" light, have it on a low value setting. Normally, we do not have shadow under water, but blackness on only the side of things not facing the sun. The only form of 'shadows' are usally what we call caustic effect.

Thank you so much for this explanation. I never thought about those shadows before, but you are absolutly right. Now I can try to improve this picture. :)
