Description

I've always loved lions and got to see a wild lion pride in Botswana, Africa two years ago and it was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. This is dedicated to Romanceworks (Carol) as we've been talking a lot about lions recently:) and also is inspired by her beautiful piece 'The Circle of Life"; it is also dedicated to Digimon (Eric) who said something to me the other day to the effect of " I love your horses, but I'd love to see some more of your big cats!" So here you go Eric!:) Daz Mil Big Cat posed and morphed in Poser 5, imported into Bryce 5 and tex maps applied and rendered there. Background is a mix of Daz's Serengeti and a sunset shot I took last summer. Postwork in Photoshop CS on details in the face and the maybe overabundant mane:), courtesy of Ravenheart's great Heavenly hair products! Anyway hope you enjoy! Thanks much again for all your support and inspiration and I hope everyone has a warm and happy Thanksgiving Day with the ones you love!

Okay -now you're gonna make me cry again! But they're tears of joy over this exquisite lion. Youi know how I feel about lions and this beauty has a soul. Such awesome mane painting and expression.
